FLOR DE ÉDALO

50% Zalema 50% Moscatel

Fusion of vineyards and autochthonous varieties, zalema and Muscat of Alexandria.

Reflection of an eternal spring that Doñana keeps.

WINEMAKING

This is a wine which is made of equal parts of Moscatel and Zalema. Each variety is fermented separately. In its making we achieve a totally dry Moscatel and the fermentation process of Zalema is stopped in cold in order to maintain the desired concentration of sugar.
