We harvest the Zalema and the Muscat of Alexandria together and carry out cold stabilisation during fermentation when we reach the desired alcohol content, which will not exceed 5.5% by volume, leaving remains of natural sugars. We add carbonic gas prior to bottling.
SIGHT
Pale yellow with green highlights and fine bubbles.
NOSE
Aromas typical of Zalema and Muscat grape must with citrus and tropical notes as well as rose petals.
MOUTH
Powerful entry, very pleasant in the mouth, light and airy in texture and a good balance between sweetness and acidity that lends it an agreeable freshness. Long, very persistent finish.
We recommend serving at 5 ºC, on any occasion: as an aperitif or as a dessert along with fruit or cheese cakes.
