The Project starts in the land, the vineyard. Combining the heritage received and the development of a viticulture based on observation and balance, we work our own vineyard so that the zalema variety shows itself in honest wines, with perfect harmony between alcohol and acidity and a strong character that reflects the personality of a terroir. The goal is to get complex wines, with a predominance of primary aromas, where the zalema outstands in a natural way. A single grape, different expressions, sensations.
Based on the concept of sustainability, since 2013 we have been in the process of obtaining the certification of organic agriculture, by avoiding herbicides or insecticides, using only organic fertilizers. The aim is to integrate the vineyard environment with processes that favor agricultural diversity as much as possible, promoting the conservative activity of the rural environment and landscape.
