The fermentation process of the “mosto flor” (first must) takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, after a special maceration process where the must is in contact with the skin of the grapes to obtain much more aromas, finishing its vinification with the ageing process “sur lie” (on lees : dead yield cells) for 90 days, in order to increase the glycerin content which gives us an oily wine with elegant aromas.
SIGHT
Brilliant pale yellow and green-grey reflects.
NOSE
Fineness and elegance, comprises an aromatic range of fresh fruit, apple, floral memories of lemon blossoms, citric notes at the end which refresh and personalize the variety.
MOUTH
Soft touch, glycerin, wide and oily, fresh acidity, salty. Surprising balance between acidity and alcohol.
A perfect partner for the whole meal: all kind of appetizers, seafood, fish and rice. The ideal temperature of consumption is between 8 to 12ºC.
