Vallehondo, a 100% syrah red wine that expresses the extremes of our terroir, saline and warm, sand and limestone.
PRODUCTION
Once the fermentation process is finished, the fining takes place in french oaks and six months in bottle to complete the taming.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT
Violet hues, cherry red-color
NOSE
Intense, elegant with dominate of ripe red fruit, marmalade or compote. Black pepper notes and well integrated background with memories of vanilla.
MOUTH
Silky and unctuous touch, it reflects the character of south and Mediterranean. Fresh entrance due to its closeness to the coast, long persistent. Round and elegant tannin, wood well integrated.
BLEND AND SERVICE
Dishes with legumes, roasted vegetables, meat, fish in souce, stews or light stews, rice, cheese. As dessert with quinces or chocolate.
